Her recent matters include representation of a trustee of a sizeable trust who has been involved in multiple lawsuits brought by the trust beneficiaries, including disputes regarding distribution of the trust’s assets and a petition to modify and terminate the trust.  In another matter, Ms. McKeon represented a trustee on appeal regarding a complex trust dispute involving claims of interpretation, execution and powers to amend, revoke and breach of fiduciary duties.  Ms. McKeon also represented a group of disinherited family members who brought claims of lack of capacity and undue influence against the Trustee.  After extensive discovery, Ms. McKeon obtained a favorable settlement for her clients.  In addition, she represents a group of beneficiaries in an action against the trustee of their father's estate, regarding the distribution of improperly held income.
