Jessica A. Uzcategui received her B.S., magna cum laude, in 1997 from Duke University, and her J.D. in 2002 from Harvard Law School. Jessica was an associate in the Los Angeles office of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges before joining Sacks, Glazier, Franklin & Lodise in 2004. Jessica is a Vice-Chair of the Probate and Fiduciary Litigation Committee of the ABA Real Property Trust and Estate Law Section. She has spoken at the ABA Real Property Trust and Estate Symposium and the Los Angeles County Bar Association Trust and Estate Roundup. Her practice focuses on trust and estate litigation.
