Sacks Glazier Franklin & Lodise Lawyers Prevail During Trial

In March 2015, Robert N. Sacks represented numerous heirs of a substantial probate estate in a trial seeking the removal of the Administrator of that estate. After the first day of trial concluded, including substantial cross-examination of the Administrator, the Court set the trial to resume in April. One week before the next trial date, the Administrator resigned and a neutral successor Administrator nominated by the heirs was appointed in her place. Related litigation against the former Administrator seeking a surcharge and other damages is continuing.
