Terry Franklin Chairs USC Gould’s 46th Annual Trust and Estate Conference; Speaks on Racial Biases

As Chair of USC Gould’s 46th Annual Trust and Estate Conference, Partner Terry Franklin led the virtual program on November 13, 2020, and provided the keynote presentation “Bending the Arc of History Towards Justice in the Probate Court.” In his talk, Franklin addressed the racial biases that have persisted in our society and how the legal process can be used to counter those biases.
