Jessica Uzcategui to Present on Evolving Issues in Trust & Estate Litigation at 34 th Annual Southern California Tax and Estate Planning Forum

Sacks, Glazier, Franklin & Lodise partner Jessica Uzcategui will present “Evolving Issues in Trust and Estate Litigation: Practice Tips from the Front Line” at the 34 th Annual Southern California Tax and Estate Planning Forum on October 16-18 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel in San Diego. Ms. Uzcategui and Gabrielle A. Vidal, partner at Loeb & Loeb, will discuss the current law on undue influence and Certificates of Independent Review, admission of electronic “wills” to probate, and protecting assets during divorce.
