Terry Franklin Participates in ABA RPTE Roundtable Discussion on Advancing Diversity & Inclusion in the Legal Profession

Partner Terry Franklin joins notable legal professionals for the roundtable discussion “Better Practices: Advancing Diversity and Inclusion in the Legal Profession,” hosted by theDiversity and Inclusion Committee of the American Bar Association’s Real Property Trusts & Estates Section (RPTE). Panelists will address the following topics and how to have these kind of discussions internally:

  • Practices and programs in the legal workplace that work to advance recruitment, retention and leadership;
  • The small, everyday things that we all can do to advance diversity and inclusion; and
  • How to identify and respond to bias in the workplace and beyond.

The roundtable will be held during the 2020 RPTE Virtual Fall Leadership Meeting on October 1, 2020, at 3:30 pm EST.
