Terry Franklin Serves as Estate Litigation Advisor for American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education
Partner Terry Franklin has joined the American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education (ALI CLE) Advisory Panel on Estate Planning, where he will help shape ALI CLE’s curriculum by suggesting new issues, topics and faculty for CLE programming in the area of trusts and estates litigation. Franklin previously served on the Advisory Panel in 2010 and has been a presenter on estate, trust and conservatorship litigation at ALI CLE educational sessions.
