Terry Franklin Speaks at 2019 Philadelphia Estate Planning Council Meeting

Partner Terry Franklin is co-presenting on the panel “Seven Deadly Claims” at the 2019 Philadelphia Estate Planning Council Meeting. As estate and trust litigation intensifies around the country, a wave of novel claims has been evolving. Most trust and estate professionals need to be educated about these claims yet may not know of them at all. The speakers will survey the seven most significant causes of action. The conference is taking place May 16, 2019 at the National Museum of American Jewish History in Philadelphia.

The Philadelphia Estate Planning Council is one of the oldest and largest estate planning councils in the country, and provides its members with opportunities to enhance their skills and expand their network through programs and interaction.
