Co-founding Partner Kenneth M. Glazier retired from the firm in January 2026 after practicing law for more than 50 years. Within his trusts and estates litigation practice, he represented a range of clients, including trustees, beneficiaries and institutional clients.

During his career, Mr. Glazier appeared as a panelist for the California Continuing Education of the Bar and the Practicing Law Institute, and was a member of the Judicial Evaluation Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. His significant successes for clients earned recognition among leading industry awards and rankings, including Southern California Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America.

Prior to co-founding the firm, Mr. Glazier was a partner with the Los Angeles office of Morrison & Foerster. He was also a Trial Attorney with the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., and began his law career at O’Melveny Myers in Los Angeles.

Mr. Glazier earned his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was an associate editor of the Yale Law Journal and his B.A. from Harvard College, where he graduated magna cum laude.
