Kenneth M. Glazier has practiced exclusively in trusts and estates litigation for more than 20 years. Mr. Glazier draws on his background in complex commercial litigation, including antitrust, bankruptcy, employment law, securities and banking. He has represented a wide range of clients in trusts and estates matters, including trustees, beneficiaries and institutional clients. Mr. Glazier's recent representative matters include successfully defending the accounting of trustees and their decision to diversify the assets of a $30 million trust over the objections of the income beneficiary; achieving a seven-figure settlement after only two days of trial for a defendant seeking to recover her mother's community property from the estate of her stepfather; and successfully defending a family trust against claims that a family member had pledged $18 million to a charity shortly before his death.

Mr. Glazier has appeared as a panelist for the California Continuing Education of the Bar and the Practicing Law Institute, and has been a member of the Judicial Evaluation Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He has been named to the list of Southern California Super Lawyers since 2005 and recognized as one of The Best Lawyers in America since 2011.

Mr. Glazier earned his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was an associate editor of the Yale Law Journal and his B.A. from Harvard College, where he graduated magna cum laude. Prior to forming Sacks, Glazier, Franklin & Lodise, Mr. Glazier was a founding partner of Ross, Sacks & Glazier and was previously a partner with the Los Angeles office of Morrison & Foerster. He was a Trial Attorney with the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., after starting his law career at O'Melveny Myers in Los Angeles.
