Meg Lodise Elected as Secretary of American College of Trust and Estate Counsel

Partner Meg Lodise has been elected as Secretary of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) with her one-year term beginning at the close of the Annual Meeting on March 13, 2022.

Ms. Lodise is a longtime Fellow of ACTEC and currently serves on the Executive Committee, on the Board of Regents and as an Ombudsperson for the organization. She formerly chaired and remains a member of the Fiduciary Litigation and the Amicus Review Committees.  She is also a member of the Program Committee and the Professional Responsibility Committee.

ACTEC is a non-profit organization of approximately 2,500 peer-elected trust and estate attorneys across the U.S. and abroad. Lawyers, law professors and fiduciary counsel are elected to be Fellows based on their outstanding reputation, exceptional skill, and substantial pro bono contributions to the practice and the public including lecturing, writing, teaching and drafting court rules and legislation. ACTEC is dedicated to enhancing trust and estate law and practice through research, education and technical advice to government agencies and courts.
