Partner Meg Lodise is speaking on the panel “Touching the Third Rail: Diversity, Culture and Ethics in Estate Planning” at the Financial & Estate Planning Council of Metropolitan Detroit Annual Meeting on November 10, 2021. The presentation will examine how different religious belief systems and cultural issues can impact the estate planning process as well as examine the implication for a variety of ethical rules, including competence, diligence, confidentiality and conflicts of interest.
