Bob Sacks & Jessica Uzcategui Appointed to ABA Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Council

Partner Bob Sacks was re-nominated to serve a three-year term on the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law’s governing Council. This is Mr. Sacks second term on the Council, as part of its Trust and Estate Division. He is the Supervisory Council Member for the Litigation, Ethics and Malpractice Group of Committees, and also serves as the Section Liaison to the National College of Probate Judges. Bob previously held the following Section positions: Chair and Vice-Chair, Estate and Trust Litigation and Controversy Committee; Group Chair and Vice-Chair, Litigation, Ethics and Malpractice Group; Member and Vice-Chair, Corporate Sponsorship Committee; Member and Vice-Chair, Communications Committee; Member, Committee on Groups and Substantive Committees.

Partner Jessica Uzcategui was appointed to her first term on the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law’s governing Council. Ms. Uzcategui previously held the following Section positions: Assistant Secretary, Trust and Estate Division; Vice-Chair, Probate & Fiduciary Litigation Committee; Co-Chair, Ethics and Malpractice Committee; Member, Corporate Sponsorship Committee; Member, Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

The ABA Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law is a leading national forum for lawyers, and focuses on legal aspects of property use, ownership, development, transfer, regulation, financing, taxation and disposal. The Trust and Estate Division focuses on all aspects of trusts, estate planning, employee benefits, insurance, and probate and trust litigation.
