Meg Lodise Presents at ACTEC 2019 Annual Meeting

Partner Meg Lodise is participating on the panel “Warring Siblings, Second Spouses and Quirky Personalities: The Neuroscience and Handling of Difficult Beneficiaries” at the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) Annual Meeting on March 24, 2019.

The program will discuss how difficult personalities develop from a neuroscience point of view, how to draft around them, and how to resolve the almost inevitable litigation that ensues. Ms. Lodise will provide litigation strategies for appropriately working through the claims that arise when best efforts to avoid post-death conflicts fail.

ACTEC is a nonprofit association of lawyers and law professors skilled and experienced in the preparation of wills and trusts; estate planning; and probate procedure and administration of trusts and estates of decedents, minors and incompetents.
