Partner Meg Lodise is presenting “Multi-Generational Representation & Other Common Representation Trickiness” at the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) Western Regional Meeting being held in Alyeska, Alaska on July 23, 2022. Lodise will scare you awake with common representation pitfalls and recent ethics decisions concerning how and why you need to carefully consider who is your client when engaged in representing families, family businesses and other entities. She will also discuss recent ethics opinions relating to the trusts and estates practice, with reference to ACTEC’s own Commentaries on the Rules of Professional Conduct.

ACTEC is a nonprofit association of lawyers and law professors skilled and experienced in the preparation of wills and trusts; estate planning; and probate procedure and administration of trusts and estates of decedents, minors and incompetents. Lodise currently serves as Secretary of the organization.
