Meg Lodise Speaks on ACTEC Panel “Introducing Trust Protectors: What’s Puzzling You is the Nature of Their Game”

Partner Meg Lodise is moderating and speaking on the panel “Introducing Trust Protectors: What’s Puzzling You is the Nature of Their Game” at the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) virtual national meeting on March 9, 2021. The panel will discuss the increased use of Trust Protectors from the perspective of drafting, administration and dispute resolution, with a particular emphasis on their role in Dynasty Trusts. The speakers will also examine alternatives when using a Trust Protector may be playing with fire.

ACTEC is a national organization of more than 2,500 lawyers and law professors peer-elected to membership. Lodise is a Fellow and currently serves as an ACTEC Ombudsperson and is Chair of the Amicus Review Committee.
