Terrence Franklin and Margaret Lodise to Speak at 41 st Annual Trust and Estate Conference

Partners Terrence Franklin and Margaret Lodise are presenting at the 41 st Annual University of Southern California Gould School of Law’s Trust and Estate Conference on November 20, 2015. Mr. Franklin will present on his family history of a slavery emancipation by will, and related will contest in the Antebellum South, and Ms. Lodise will address litigation issues related to diminished capacity and undue influence in California.
The Trust and Estate Conference brings attorneys, trust officers, accountants, financial planners, professional fiduciaries and other professionals in the industry with the goal of educating attendees on techniques and trends in trust and estate planning.
