Terrence Franklin To Serve as Program Coordinator and Moderator at ACTEC Annual Meeting Symposium

Sacks, Glazier, Franklin & Lodise Partner Terrence Franklin will serve as the Program Coordinator and Moderator for the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) Annual Meeting Symposium, “Diversity: Serving 21 st Century Clients With More Than Just Good Wills and Great Trusts” on March 7, 2014. Mr. Franklin’s panel will discuss changing client bases, demographic trends, and explore how the Rules of Professional Conduct may require attorneys to address the needs and wants of diverse clients. Panelists will include Paulette Brown, who is on track to become the first woman of color to be president of the American Bar Association, and ACTEC fellows: David English, Paula Kohut and Patricia Char.
